1864An impressive interview covering almost all Salient features that describes HCL. The most impressive part is “becoming a socially responsible company by creating Jobs”, this showcase HCL's social view. Second thing which Employee first, this simply show the trust of HCL in its own employee. This is always a touching point, if someone understands Employee First. Third.... :) Size does not scare HCL, shows the aggressiveness and confidence of HCL, not afraid of anything.
