1891Bu, how can you make sure that the management team takes the appraisal done by employees. They can always ignore it, after all they have the ultimate authority over the employees. Skeptical about the third and fourth points, will it work as expected? no I don't think so.

1937Dear Sir, Employees first approach is really good but we can not forget our customers when you are dealing Government customers. Employees first approach will definitely improve the health of organization.

1959The tag HCL gives is a certification mark as HCL not only looks after its employees but looks after that the employees mantain the HCL hallmark.I have experienced the same person when referred to as c/o hcl and when in an individual capacity.
